Tenders for “Hayward St. Sidewalk construction” will be received at the Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands Municipal Office 14 Water St. East by no later than 12 noon Monday May 18, 2026.
Tender forms are available from the Municipal Office at 14 Water St. East Little Current, Ontario and on the Town of NEMI website at www.townofnemi.on.ca tenders must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Hayward St. Sidewalk construction” or emailed to pmyers@townofnemi.on.ca
Each bidder is responsible for delivery of the tender to the address listed above and will not be considered if there is a late submission. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Library Roof Replacement
The Town of NEMI Public Library had a full flat roof and insulation replacement from the roof deck up in 2012. The flat roof is approximately 4,000 sq ft. with varying levels.
It is now due for a full replacement.
