There are a number of resources, supports and programs available to individuals, families and businesses during these challenging times. Please click on the following links and resources below to access the information.

Federal Government

The Federal Government has released a number of measures, programs and supports for individuals, seniors, families and businesses due to COVID-19. Click HERE to visit their Economic Response Plan. 

Canada COVID-19 App

Canada Worker Lockdown Benefit
Helps to provide temporary income supports for those individuals who cannot work due to a COVID-19 Lockdown. For more information, please click HERE.

Provincial Government

Ontario is temporarily moving into Step Two of the Roadmap to Reopen with modifications that take into account the province’s successful vaccination efforts.

As of January 5, 2022 at 12:01 a.m. the following measures will be in place for at least 21 days (until January 27) subject to trends in public health and our health system. Please click here for a detailed list of the health measures that are in place. 

Public Health Sudbury & Districts

 If you are eligible and have not yet booked your COVID-19 vaccine appointment or need to book your third dose, please do so by calling our local booking centre:

- Main line: call 705.674.2299 (toll-free: 1.800.708.2505), between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., seven days a week.
 - Alternate line: call 1.844.782.2273, between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

NEMI Vulnerable Persons Network

If you are a resident of NEMI and are in need of assistance, a group of volunteers are building a network to make sure everybody has a helping hand during this public health emergency. Hydro One Pandemic Relief Program

Hydro One has created a Pandemic Relief Program to help Hydro One customers who are struggling to pay their electricity bills during COVID-19.  If you are in need of assistance, please contact them at 1-888-664-9376. CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER HOURS are: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Or you may visit their website by clicking HERE
